Sail to historic Angel Island for a super All-American BBQ party!
Located in the middle of San Francisco Bay, this beautiful, mountainous, 740 acre State Park offers a wonderful, natural environment for your group to enjoy a truly fun day together!
The day usually begins at 10:00 am with our departure from Pier 40 aboard one of our magnificent sailing yachts. Once underway, your Captain will be happy to invite members of your group to actually participate in this sailing adventure!
It takes about 1-1/2 hours to reach Angel Island,sailing past the splendid San Francisco city front and infamous Alcatraz! Arriving around 11:30 am, we’ll dock at beautiful Ayala Cove, headquarters of the first Spanish expedition to explore the Bay in 1775!
Ayala Cove offers excellent picnic and Bar-B-Que facilities for groups up to 260 in a wonderfully scenic setting. On arrival, our caterers will prepare a truly sumptuous feast!
The atmosphere on Angel Island is extremely relaxed and peaceful, yet very conducive to having an old fashioned good time! If you are looking for activities, we can arrange a game of volleyball or frisbee with items out of our “toy box.”
After a great time has been had by all, we will re-board the vessel for our exciting sail back to San Francisco. A fantastic way to spend a day on the Bay!
