Every July 4th the city launches from barges off Pier 39. From the water you get the whole display with no tall buildings, no traffic and no crowd in front of it. Bring a blanket, bring a warm jacket, bring the people you like.

New Year’s Eve
Fireworks come up off the Embarcadero and the downtown skyline stands behind them. We sail in the evening and position for the midnight show. It is a quiet, strange, genuinely beautiful way to start a year.
Giants fireworks nights
After select home games at Oracle Park the sky over the Bay lights up. Sail out at sunset, hold station near the ballpark, and watch the show from a vantage almost nobody gets.
